2025年に購入したパスを「非居住者」が使う場合の扱いについては米国 National Park Service のサイトにて、現時点では追加料金必要なしと記載されていますが、必ず再確認の上購入をお願いします

If a visitor has a valid pass purchased in 2025 or before, will it cover entrance fees and nonresident fees?

Yes, older passes will be honored with the original terms of the pass. A valid annual pass purchased before January 1, 2026, is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase and will cover park entrance fees for the pass holder’s vehicle, two motorcycles, or the pass holder and three additional adults.
